We are positioned for continued growth in 2018 and looking to grow our team in the Southern Virginia region!

We seek a dedicated, growth-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Representative covering the Southern Virginia area, with a primary focus on architect and designer, and commercial furniture dealers.

Responsibilities:

As a sales representative you will be focused on building long-term relationships with architects and designers, building owners and developers, property managers, general contractors, and commercial furniture dealers. Client service and follow up are just as important as making a sale.

As a sales representative you will be responsible for establishing, developing and/or maintaining business relationships with clients, professionally representing multiple product lines, and helping this team and our dealer partners meet and exceed sales volume and profit goals.

Requirements: Ideal candidates will be high-energy, self-motivated individuals with:

  • A critical thinker with a desire to assume responsibility for business growth
  • 2+ solid years’ proven consultative sales experience, preferably in the commercial furniture industry, commercial building materials industry, or another design-intensive B2B environment
  • Strong interest in interior design and integrating state-of-the-art furniture, technology, and architectural products to create world-class workspaces
  • High energy, self motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and highest level of integrity
  • Experience in sourcing leads and cold calling
  • Charismatic presentation and communication skills
  • Unique ability to establish and build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Avid networking skills utilizing technology and social networking to build relationships
  • BS/BA degree- Interior Design/Marketing or Business attractive not essential
